Just two weeks after closing for a revamp, Acme reopens tonight under the direction of its new chef Brian Loiacono. Jean-Marc Houmard and Jon Neidich opened their original version of Acme in 2012 with a menu of new Nordic cuisine from chef Mads Refslund. Stating tonight, Acme now offers a menu of French and Italian dishes from Loiacono, previously of db Bistro Moderne. “We were looking for a chef that could create a menu that we’d want to order from every night,” says Neidich. He adds: “When we met Brian, we instantly knew he was our guy.”
