The gist: After the departure of chef Mads Refslund late last year, ACME partners Jean-Marc Houmard, Jon Neidich and Huy Chi Le tapped db Bistro Moderne alum Brian Loiacono (and Zagat 30 Under 30 alum) to overhaul the menu, which means no more New Nordic influences here — the new bistro concept is inspired by Loiacono’s Italian-American roots and his French training.
